How to make your booking…
Osmotherley Village Hall can be booked by emailing the Booking Secretary, on enquiries@osmotherleyvh.org.uk or by using the contact form on the “Contact“ page.
The hire rates, terms and conditions of bookings and a selection of frequently asked questions and answers can be seen below.

Main Hall
£9.90 per hour
(£7.50 per hour for affiliated groups)
Supper Room
£5 per hour
Full Day Hire
£135 per day
Weekend Hire (Friday – Sunday)
£250
(eg. weddings, theatre productions etc)
Booking Notes
.
- All bookings must include any preparation and clearing up time
. - A large event surcharge of £25 may be levied to cover the costs of additional cleaning, maintenance etc. This is at the discretion of the Bookings Secretary
. - Any cancellation or amendments to bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance, otherwise charges may still apply
. - Regular weekly bookings (minimum 4 hours) will be entitled to a 10% discount off full hire rate (Please note this does not apply to affiliate rate)

Is their disabled toilet facilities?
Yes there is a disabled toilet on the ground floor in the entrance hall
Is there an additional hire charge for equipment?
No, there is no additional fees for use of the equipment within the Village Hall.
Do you have recommendations for caterers?
There is an excellent cafe, fish and chip shop and three pubs within the centre of the village.
Are there baby changing facilities?
Yes, there is a baby changing table in the disabled toilet on the ground floor.
Does a First Aider need to be present?
This is not a requirement for bookings.
Is there heating in the building?
Yes, the main hall and meeting room have modern electric heaters.
